Instead of using other families as a barometer for success, make sure you have a community of other parents and kids who are rooting for your true thriving.

3. Take Care of Your Own Connection

 Most of our beliefs about life are programmed by the time we are 6 years old. The foundational beliefs your child will replicate as an adult will be rooted in what was going on for them at that time. If you weren't living your best life then, don't despair. If there are limiting or self-sabotaging beliefs, there are ways to rewire that part of the brain and we can teach you and your kids how.
